Eligible Returns

Mandatory Unboxing Video
To raise any return, replacement, or refund request, a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory.

The product and the reported issue must be clearly visible
Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
Reporting Time
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this period are not eligible.

Expectation mismatch is not a defect. Customers must ensure suitability before ordering.

Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
Courier & Delivery Responsibility
Customers must provide correct address and contact details and be reachable for courier calls.

For re-dispatch, return courier charges + re-shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
